A deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent (no VAT applicable) will be held and refunded at the expiry of the Licence to Occupy once all keys and security fobs have been returned, and less any outstanding arrears and any agreed damages to the room
What is the minimum licence period?
We can accommodate most businesses on a long or a short term basis. Please discuss your requirements with us and we will do our best to accommodate you
How much notice to quit needs to be given?
This depends on the length of the Licence to Occupy, but is normally 2 months. However, if we find a replacement resident sooner, and if it suits our outgoing resident, we will end the contract at a mutually convenient date
How quickly can we be registered as a Virtual Office tenant at your address?
Our paperwork is very straightforward, and providing 2 forms of identification are provided (we must check ID by law these days), and a deposit paid, we can normally start service within 24 hours
What is your policy on dogs in the office?
