Meeting Rooms

Our Meeting Rooms are designed for formal board meetings and informal get-togethers. Ideally situated right in the heart of central Edinburgh, only a few seconds walk from George Street, we have a choice of two meeting rooms.

Boardroom

With a 60” HD screen, audio-visual facilities, superb fibre optic bandwidth in a large Georgian room filled with specially commissioned contemporary art, great filter coffee, tea, chilled mineral water and catering by prior arrangement, our large boardroom can accommodate 12 people in the comfort of large leather boardroom chairs. Other facilities available include unrestricted use of the coffee lounge and breakout space, printing, scanning, copying, admin and secretarial support. Discount cards will be issued to anybody wishing to visit local bars and restaurants.

Meeting Room

A smaller meeting room which can comfortably accommodate eight people, our meeting room is ideal for less formal meetings, brainstorming, confidential discussions and interviews. The meeting room has all the same benefits as our larger boardroom including unrestricted use of the adjacent coffee lounge and breakout space, great filter coffee, tea, chilled mineral water, printing, scanning and copying, admin and secretarial support and catering by prior arrangement. Discount cards will be issued to anybody wishing to visit local bars and restaurants.

Business Lounges

We have a number of business lounges which provide an informal relaxed setting for meetings or get-togethers. Full kitchen facilities are available and connectivity is provided by WIFI.

Booking

Meeting rooms are available by the hour, half day or full day. Our meeting rooms can be fully catered for by prior arrangement.
